Can I send a greeting card as a gift?
Absolutely! This is a great option that we offer so that you don't have to worry about stopping at a mailbox. Simply add a note at checkout with who it's to, from and if you would like a personalized note added inside. Be sure to include the recipients address for shipping. This option is limited to no more than two recipients per order.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We offer a variety of custom orders for thank you/note cards, wedding paper goods, calligraphy services, etc. You can submit a request on our contact page here.
When can I expect my order?
All greeting card orders are processed in 1-3 business days. All other goods are processed in 2-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on the option you choose at checkout.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and varies depending on the weight of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on greeting cards or custom orders. If you need to make a change to your order (such as address or note), please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing an order.
Can I cancel or change my order once it's placed?
If you need to make a change, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing an order. You can not cancel an order once it's placed.
Do you offer wholesale orders?

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you have any problems with the order you have received or have not received you order within 14 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
